Meet Joseph Pudetti

Hello Navah family! We are the Pudettis—Joseph, Elyssa, Olivia-Joy, and Miriam-Jane. We are a prayerful family on mission, and we love that we are now becoming part of a larger family on mission here in Kansas City.

We moved to Kansas City from New York City 3 years ago. We met there while serving with different Young Life chapters and later served together on staff at a church. Much of our time in NYC centered on creating spaces where the church and the surrounding community could intersect. We both come from artistic backgrounds, and Joseph holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. Joseph grew up in Western New York, so please have grace for us—we are proud Buffalo Bills fans!

Joseph will be filling the role of Operations Team Leader and Executive Integrator at Navah. He will be leading and building the Operations Resource Team, which supports the overall health and function of the operations and administrative policies, objectives and initiatives in the Navah ecosystem. He has a heart for serving the Church and has a background in the area of operations and ministry leadership- we are excited to welcome him into this role to help support and strengthen our team and the church community at large.

This role has become a more apparent need in our church community over the last few years, as team members have transitioned, but specifically as we have been implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System over the last year. Christi Aly will continue her role as Administrative Coordinator (and Navah Kids Leader Extraordinaire).

The Navah Eldership spent time praying about and conducting interviews with Joseph over the course of 4 months and he officially joined our team on May 1st. We believe he is the right person for the role and look forward to growing and strengthening this area of Operations with him onboard.
