Emotionally Healthy Spirituality

The EHS Course integrates emotional health and contemplative spirituality. This course will help you move to a new level of spiritual immaturity—especially when faced with interpersonal conflicts and crises. This course gives you powerful tools and pathways to transformation and help you mature into a faith filled follower of Jesus and a grow in you love for God.
It will run for 8 weeks every Tuesday night. (Must register to attend)
